Suggested Uses

The Platinum Black catalyst is commonly used for in Polymer Electrolyte Fuel Cells (PEMFC), Direct Methanol Fuel Cells (DMFC), Microbial Fuel Cells (MFC), and Phosphoric Acid Fuel Cells (PAFC) as either the cathode catalyst and/or the anode catalyst.  You will also be able to use it as a recombination catalyst for hydrogen elimination. Platinum on Vulcan can also be used as a building block for sensor elements.
