H2GP Bulgarian Final Results

Congratulations to the 11 teams who competed in the 2024 H2GP Bulgarian Final last weekend! Held in Sofia, this event was a thrilling showcase of hydrogen-fueled racing and innovative engineering.

The competition was fierce, but it was School William Gladstone from Sofia that took the lead in the hybrid category, demonstrating remarkable skill and teamwork. PGTE Henry Ford from Sofia shone brightly in the stock category, impressing everyone with their engineering prowess. Both teams will proudly represent Bulgaria at the 2024 H2GP World Final in Anaheim, California this September.

“We are incredibly proud of the talent and commitment shown by all the students and teachers involved,” said Ivaylo Bonev, the local race manager. “The enthusiasm and ingenuity displayed here today are a testament to the bright future of clean energy innovation.”

The day was filled with excitement and high energy as students put their self-built hydrogen-powered cars to the test. The teams spent months preparing for this moment, working diligently to optimize their vehicles for maximum performance and efficiency.

Thank you to all the students, teachers, and our fantastic local race manager Ivaylo Bonev for making this event possible. Your hard work and dedication to promoting sustainable energy and engineering education are truly inspiring.
